Any contributions that you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Individual members of a household can make separate contributions up to the campaign limit of $150.

Contributions can be made online or mailed to our campaign office: 1630 N. Main St. #140; Walnut Creek, CA 94596. Make checks payable to: Cindy Silva for Walnut Creek City Council 2010.

Requirement: By law, you must include your occupation and employer information with your contribution. Thank you.
